Meditation in nature with relaxing music

There is nothing I like better than going for a walk or a bike ride in nature to inspire my spirit to open up to the invisible power of Mother nature! Nature is one powerful inspiration source for my music but also for contacting my inner self and evaluate if I’m a good friend to myself in the now… What am I thinking? Am I stressed? About what? Than I stop and I breathe, I become aware of my body, feel my heart and I invite the unconditional love to clean my soul and my cells and I rest in this feeling for a minute. Am I thinking in constructive manner of myself, others, life, things, money and so on… If not, I decide what I want to believe in and I make sure I feel my new resolution of being kind to myself, hopeful, patient, loving and understanding but also, realistic! Than I thank the universe for all the life and beauty that surround us all. I pray for you too, sending you hopeful thoughts of love and inner peace.

May you take some time to contact your inner potential of love and by doing so, become your best friend! xxx Marcomé

Pat Metheny Group – A Passion for music & perfection

I’ve always been fond of jazz music and one band that I’ve followed almost since its inception is the Pat Metheny Group. Currently comprised of Pat Metheny, Lyle Mays, Steve Rodby and Antonio Sanchez, the four-member group takes jazz and jazz fusion to a new level. The orchestration is an assortment of robotic instruments that Metheny controls with his guitar and foot pedals – a CD by the same name was released in 2010.

Treat Your Body Like a Temple

Marcome100You probably have heard of the advice to treat your body like a temple. But what does that mean? And where did the saying come from?

Treat Your Body Like a Temple. The beautiful Sagrada…

Like many famous sayings, this one originates from the Bible:

“Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body,” (1 Cor. 6:19-20).
